Please note: Once the program is completed and the certificate is issued, the certificate becomes the property of the participant. If at any time, the participant changes employers, the credentials transfer with the employee. 

Once registration is completed and payment accepted, there are no refunds or substitutions accepted or allowed. Once the learning platform is entered by participant, the registration is non transferable. 

Once you have successfully completed the course, we recommend that you print multiple copies of your certificate. Your User name and Password are good for two years from your date of registration. If you require a duplicate after that time we will charge a $25.00 processing fee. 

The contents of EDNA are protected by copyright through the Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association. Unauthorized use will violate copyright and trademark. MHPCA authorizes the registered user to view and download material on the website solely for your own personal use. You must keep all copyright and other proprietary notices on any copies you make. You may not, share, sell or modify the material. Use of the EDNA material for any public or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
