Q: How do I create an account with innovaLIFE?

A: Click "Register" at the top of the page and complete the "Sign-up" form to the left.

Q: I’ve purchased a course, but where can I find it?

A: All courses can be found under the “My Learning” tab. Current courses will appear under the “Enrolled” tab and completed courses will appear under the “Grades” tab. If you completed a course containing credits, those courses will appear under both the “Grades” and “Credits” tab.

Q: I need to purchase courses for my Hospice/Institution, how do I do this?

A: Please refer to the following document for completing Group Purchases: Group Purchases

Q: My organization purchased training for our group, but I can’t find the course?

A: Courses purchased by your organization can be found under the “My Institute” tab.

Q: I do not see a “My Institute” tab, what do I do now?

A: Please contact your site owner and ask them to provide you with the “Landing Page URL” for your institution. Once you receive the URL, please click the link and sign back into the portal.

Q: What happens if the employee taking the EDNA web based course leaves our employment? Can we substitute another employee?

A: Remember that the course is participant based. Once a user begins the course they have used the “seat” for that course and you will not be able to share with a new user.

Q: I am having technical difficulties with the EDNA program. Who can help?

Q: I am having troubling logging into the EDNA program. Can I reset my password?

A: From the login or registration screen, click the “Forgot Password” link located in the login box to the right.

Q: I have completed the EDNA program. Where can I print my certificate?

A: Certificates will appear beneath the completed course title. To view completed courses, click “My Learning”>>”Grades”

Q: What if I lose my certificate or need a duplicate?

A: Your certificate will be available by following the steps above.
